ACCESS Academy PTA Directory & Weekly Newsletter

All ACCESS families and staff are encouraged to register their family information with the ACCESS PTA site to be part of the school directory and bus, class, grade and message boards.

This will allow you to receive important email announcements throughout the summer and school year for ACCESS Academy, including the Atomic Flyer, sent weekly on Thursday during the school year.

Fill out the information on our Create Account page. Make sure to complete the email verification process.

ACCESS Facebook Groups
Connect with our community on Facebook. Our closed parent/guardian group is “ACCESS Academy Parents.” To be added to the group, click Join and answer the questions about your identity. Our page administrator will add you once you have been verified. This is not an official ACCESS Facebook group, but rather a parent-run page. You can also request to be added to your grade-specific Facebook group.

Summer Meet-Ups
These are casual, fun get-togethers, usually at a park,  which give new and returning ACCESS students and families a chance to connect, ask questions and share information about ACCESS. Meet ups will start to be announced via email in early June. Reach out to board@accessacademypta.org with questions or to host a get-together.

ACCESS Buddy Program
If you and/or your child would like to make a stronger connection with an ACCESS “Buddy,” please reach out to parent volunteer Cynthia Polance  to be matched with a family in or near your neighborhood. Email Cynthia at access.pta.outreach@gmail.com.

We hope to ease any anxieties your child may have starting at a new school. Everyone in our community has been through this transition, so we understand and are happy to provide parent-to-parent support where we can. We look forward to meeting you soon!
